Welcome to the website for Tom Williams - businessman, historian, author, genealogist and singer-songwriter from County Wexford.

Best-known as a successful businessman, this website is dedicated to Tom’s literary and music contribution to County Wexford.

In late 2015, his family posthumously published ‘A Voice From Out The Crowd’, a collection of Tom’s best works in music, song and poetry.

Including ‘Cúchulainn’s Son’ – his hugely popular ballad about former Wexford hurling great, Nickey Rackard – along with 29 other compositions penned over a 40-year writing period, the book - some copies of which are still available - forms a large part of Tom’s musical legacy.

This website allows you to listen to those songs, watch archive performances and browse through images of some of the people, places and events referenced throughout the book.

Tom Williams passed away in 2012, but his music, poetry and writing lives on.

Thank you for visiting.
